WOTOA Fees

WOTOA is a not-for-profit community organization. All expenses are funded from:

  1. annual dues - supports maintenance of common areas; snowplowing of court roadways; liability insurance
    • $550.00 per year for homeowners residing on private association courts
    • $220.00 per year for homeowners residing on town roads

    Note that the WOTOA fiscal year begins March 1st, at which time annual dues are payable. There is a 30 day grace period for payment of dues, after which a 10% late fee will be added.

  2. new homeowner fee - $750.00 one time fee - supports capital improvements, as needed; payable at closing
  3. special assessments - may be raised to support extra-ordinary capital improvements

Note that the WOTOA Fiscal Year begins on March 1.
